Open Question: Cost of traveling by train in North Eastern Europe and Russia?

In October I will be traveling in Europe. I have a Eurail Pass so I don't have to worry about the cost of traveling in most of Europe, but I am having trouble finding the cost of some other travel. I am trying to find the cost of traveling from Helsinki to St. Petersburg, Russia; then to Tallinn, Estonia; then to Riga, Latvia; then to Vilnius, Lithuania and then to Warsaw. I know that's a lot of places, so if anyone knows of any websites that can give an estimated price of traveling to these places it would be great. Any help or suggestions would be great.
