Open Question: Can you recommend a shipper in the US that ships goods to Lithuania?

We regularly ship packages from the East Coast to Lithuania by surface transit. We ship about 300-400 boxes a year. Each box weighs 20-30 pounds. Perhaps because of our small size or the difficulty of doing business in that area, we have had a hard time finding a reliable shipper. I would love to find a shipping company that can handle our shipments smoothly and at a reasonable cost. Have you had experience with a shipping company that you can recommend?
